These terms apply when you use the Soap Opera website and tuk tuk locator. By using them, you agree to what follows. Soap Opera is based in Hartbeespoort, North West, South Africa.

Tuk tuk locations and schedules

Locations and schedules are a guide, not a promise. A tuk tuk appears on the map when a driver checks in, and its position is where the driver last checked in — it may since have moved. Routes, stops and times can change without notice due to weather, traffic, stock or operational needs. Please don’t rely on the map for anything time-critical.

Products, prices and availability

Stock at any stop is not guaranteed and prices may change without notice. Always read and follow the usage, dilution and safety directions printed on the product label. Keep cleaning products out of reach of children and away from food.

The WhatsApp buttons put you in touch with a member of our team. Please keep contact to business hours and to matters about our products and routes.

Our content

The Soap Opera name, logo, characters, label artwork, photographs and website content belong to us and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

Availability of the site

We do our best to keep the site up and accurate, but we provide it “as is”. We don’t warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss arising from relying on the map, schedules or other information on this site.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why, in line with POPIA.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
